The Dental Enquiry-Based Learning Society (DEBL) resumed its activities following the midterm break, conducting six sessions that covered the replacement of single and multiple missing teeth, restorability assessment, treatment planning, and managing biological width invasion.
Additionally, last semester, a program was initiated for JUH interns, featuring lectures followed by practical sessions. Topics covered so far include complex extractions, CBCT interpretation, and digital scanning, with each session followed by hands-on practice where interns performed extractions, analyzed CBCT scans, and conducted digital scans. This semester, DEBL has resumed its activities after the break, starting with sessions led by Prof. Yazan Hassouneh and Dr. Leen Al-Qudah from the Maxillofacial Department, as well as Dr. Shaima Nabhan from the Orthodontics Department
. The topics covered so far include managing impacted canines, handling dental emergencies in clinics, and diagnosing and managing white lesions that mimic cancer.
