Welcome to the Dental School at the University of Jordan.
I am very proud to be part of a highly devoted and professional staff committed to providing the best possible clinical teaching practices, research, patient-centred care and service to our community. The reputation of the dental school here at the University of Jordan goes back to almost thirty years with established undergraduate and postgraduate programs in oral & maxillofacial surgery, fixed and removable prosthodontics, paediatric dentistry, orthodontics, oral medicine and special care dentistry and endodontic.
The challenges of the coronavirus pandemic have enabled us to adapt and opened opportunities for us to grow and advance our teaching methods into a new modern era. The new dental school building, scheduled to be finished in 2023, will allow us to further advance our capacity to provide innovative education and modern teaching facilities and to provide cutting-edge clinical care. I am looking forward to instituting curriculum changes to accommodate efficient and effective teaching as well as developing research collaborations with higher education institutions regionally and globally.
As a graduate of this dental school, I hope to continue on a path of excellence and maintain an up-to-date learning experience for our students with more communication and connection to the community.
