The continuous dental education committee at the school of dentistry has organized a CME event titled
“ Covid updates, Should we still be concerned”
Which was presented by Professor Hamid ALZoubi, Professor and consultant Microbiologist, Board member of Jordan CDC
Professor ALZoubi outlined the challenges countries and individuals faced during Covid pandemic. Professor ALZoubi mentioned that WHO is preparing to announce the end of the Covid pandemic by End of Winter season of 2022/2023 .
Professor ALZoubi also strongly recommended having the seasonal flu jab in particular for medically compromised patients.
The interactive lecture was well received by attending dentists.
