The School of Dentistry carried out an awareness-raising visit to the University of Jordan Kindergarten as part of the health awareness campaign organized by the Faculty of Dentistry and coordinated by Dr. Aseel Al-Sharairah. The visit aimed to enhance health awareness and prevent oral and dental diseases among children in early childhood stages.
The visit was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Rasha Al-Amoush, with the presence of Dr. Maisoon Al-Dweiri, in addition to the kindergarten’s administrative assistant, Ms. Ahd Ayassrah. During the visit, simplified and interactive educational activities were delivered, addressing the importance of oral and dental health care, proper brushing techniques, and healthy daily habits that help prevent tooth decay.
This visit comes within the framework of the School of Dentistry’s role in serving the university community, spreading health and preventive awareness, and promoting sound health practices among children both inside and outside the kindergarten.
